Why CNC Machining
The process of CNC Machining is more precise than manual machining, and can be repeated in exactly the same manner time and again. Because of the precision possible with CNC Machining, this process can produce complex shapes that would be almost impossible to achieve with manual machining. It’s used in the production of many complex three-dimensional shapes. It is because of these qualities that CNC Machining is used in jobs that need a high level of precision or very repetitive tasks.
At MPI Restoration Services we use Haas, Hurco and Mazak CNC machines.
CNC Machining is a deductive process by which a high-speed cutting machine removes unwanted material from a solid block of raw material or from a preexisting part. The key advantage of this process is its ability to produce large and/or complex metal and plastic parts in your material of choice.
